The goals of this blog

Lately I watched a lot of videos dealing with divers personal struggle such as (mental) illness. They helped me to handle a difficult situation, to see a different point of view or to grow as a person. Now I feel like I can give something back by starting my own blog.

In the beginning I would like to write a lot about a subject which is kind of a taboo in society. Moreover the information about it is rare. I couldn't find any channel or blog which are run by a person (not a charity) and which fights against prejudices and stigma. I like to spread information by writing about my experiences. (Even if still don't feel ready to name it, not because of the subject itself but rather because of many memories linked with it. Does this sentence even make sense?)

I'm writing in English due to the fact that the possible audience is larger. I hope you forgive my language mistakes. Also I would be pleased if you leave a comment with a hint therefore I can correct the mistake.
